We love seeing people getting involved in opportunities to make a difference. Below are several ways you can get involved:
Children/Junior/Youth:
We offer classes and programs for children and youth of all ages. Sunday Schools and Children’s Church provide opportunities for children to learn more about God through Bible lessons and Bible-centered activities and crafts. Each class is led by a dedicated worker, focused on teaching the children to follow the Lord as they grow spiritually. Reach out for more information to find the right class for your child.
Outreach:
Exemplifying a heart for our community is a defining characteristic of Victory Baptist Church. Opportunities to connect with people of all ages help us make a difference to those right outside our doors. We desire to work together to reach the world, whether it be through a disadvantaged kids program, a shut-in visit, a Vacation Bible School or a First Responders Lunch.
Music:
God-centered instrumental and vocal music encourage us to sing in worship to God and prepare our hearts for a Biblical message. Music ministry is an important part of each service, and it can have an impact far beyond Sunday morning. Because music is a universal language created for the glory of God, we encourage anyone desiring to participate in the music ministry to reach out about opportunities for involvement.
Ladies Ministry:
The ladies’ ministry provides a godly and positive community for girls and women of all ages. Regular luncheons include fun activities, games, skits, devotions, and prayer times. The Secret Sister program connects ladies in a spiritual capacity with structured consistent prayer for each other. The annual Mother-Daughter Tea gives moms and daughters a special and enjoyable bonding experience. We encourage ladies to participate in this ministry that focuses on cultivating godly, prayer-minded women of God.
Missions:
The Great Commission was given to the church as a command to go into the world and bring the lost to the knowledge of Christ. Victory Baptist Church believes that every believer has a part in this command, and we support many missionaries both local and worldwide. There are many ways to become involved in missions, including faithfully praying for their safety and provision, giving financially, and even attending an organized missions trip.
