Are you looking for life’s meaning? Do you wonder why you are here on this planet? Does it seem like there has to be something more to life? Meaning for life is found in Jesus. He wants to have a personal relationship with you and bring meaning to your life. Watch this video to find what true meaning in life is all about.
Raising Good Kids
Kids can be a challenge! Sometimes, they can make you feel like you want to pull your hair out. Whether it is trying to get a good night’s rest, understanding how to get them to obey, or preparing them for going out into the world, the Bible has the answer. At Victory, our pastor has eleven children and regularly preaches from the Bible God’s plan for reaching and raising the next generation. The terrible twos can change into a fun time and teenagers can become your friends. Join us for our services.
Finding Friends
Are you feeling lonely? Are you looking for good friends? At Victory, we host activities that are fun, and that will help you build a relationship with others. You can meet other people your age who are also looking for friendships and finding meaning for life. Proverbs tells us in order to have friends we must be friendly. Come check us out and find a friend.
Freedom from Addictions
Do you struggle with addictions? Are you looking for freedom from alcohol, drugs, pornography, or other addictions? Jesus is the breaker of bondage for those in addictions. John 8:32 tells us “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” Jesus said He is John 14 “…I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” Watch this video to know more about Jesus. We encourage you to come visit our church and learn about finding freedom from addiction.
Help for Relationships
Are you struggling in your marriage? Feel like you are fighting with those you love? Relationships can be wonderful or terrible, sometimes at the same time. The Bible tells us that we can have relationships that last a lifetime, and they can be full of blessing. At Victory, we believe the Bible and want to show you from its pages how you can have a great relationship with others in your life. Join us for one of our Bible Classes or services and find help for your relationships. We also offer free counseling for those in need.
How to Find Success
You don’t have to live in poverty. You don’t have to live always looking for the next paycheck. If you’re looking for how to have success in life, the Bible has the answers. Joshua 1:8 tells us that when we meditate on the Word of God He promises us success. At Victory we want to help you learn how to manage your finances and have God’s blessing on your life. Do you wonder what life is like after death? Do you fear your tomorrow? Do you just wonder how you’re going to make it for another day? The Bible tells us about our tomorrow. Know God
God wants to have a personal relationship with you. Our sin, however, separates us from God. Jesus died though, to pay for our sins. When we put our trust in Him, we can have a relationship with God. Our desire at Victory is to help others know God.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” – John 3:16-17
Love God
Loving God changes us. It makes us a better person. When we understand what God has done for us we should choose love Him. We will then desire to help others to love God because of what He has done for us.
“And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.” – Mark 12:30
Love Others
When we genuinely love God, our hearts start to overflow with love for those around us. The love of God flows through us and touches the lives of others. Our desire is to help you grow spiritually and deepen your relationship with God, so that each of us can love one another more. As it is written:
“And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.“ – Mark 12:31

Pastor Hon and Family
Matthew Hon came to Victory in June of 2022 to help the former Pastor in a number of areas. When the former Pastor retired Matthew Hon was called on May 3, 2023, as the new Pastor of Victory Baptist Church.
Pastor Matthew was raised in a pastor’s home, in which he was the oldest of nine children (all of whom are currently serving the Lord). He worked alongside his dad at a Baptist Church in Indiana where he served in a number of various ministries.
Pastor Matthew and his wife Susan have eleven children. They are passionate about building godly homes and multi-generation Christians. They have been married for over 20 years.
